By confirming a booking with FlightExperto, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation terms outlined below, along with the individual policies of airlines and third-party travel service providers.

How to Cancel a Booking

  2. Provide your booking reference number, passenger name, and itinerary details.
  3. Our team will review applicable airline or supplier fare rules and explain available cancellation or modification options.
  4. Upon your confirmation, the cancellation request will be processed and acknowledged via email.

Airline & Supplier Policies

All cancellations are subject to the fare rules established by the airline, hotel, or travel service provider. These rules determine whether a booking is refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable.

Certain promotional or restricted fares may not allow cancellations after ticket issuance. In some cases, airlines may offer travel credits or rebooking options at their discretion.

Cancellation Fees & Charges

FlightExperto may apply a service fee for processing cancellations, in addition to any airline or supplier penalties. All applicable charges are disclosed before final confirmation.

  • Domestic Bookings: Service fees may apply per passenger.
  • International Bookings: Service fees may vary depending on route complexity and airline rules.
  • No-show or last-minute cancellation penalties may be imposed by the airline separately.

Time-Based Cancellation Rules

Cancellation eligibility and refund amounts depend on the timing of the request relative to the scheduled departure.

  • Within 24 hours of booking: Some airlines allow penalty-free cancellations for tickets booked at least 7 days prior to departure.
  • After 24 hours: Standard airline and supplier cancellation policies apply.
  • After departure or no-show: Refunds are generally not permitted.

Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable Scenarios

Certain bookings may be non-cancellable or non-refundable due to supplier restrictions, including:

  • Promotional or restricted fares
  • Group or bulk travel reservations
  • Partially used or expired tickets
  • Multi-segment itineraries with restrictive fare conditions

Cancellations Due to External Events

In cases involving weather disruptions, government regulations, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control, cancellation and refund decisions are determined by the airline or supplier. FlightExperto will assist in exploring available options where possible.

Refunds After Cancellation

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed only after airline or supplier approval. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within standard processing timelines.

Service fees and payment processing charges are generally non-refundable. FlightExperto does not intentionally delay approved refunds.
